Hybrid Development Representative
Role overview: The Hybrid Development Representative is the first step in the sales pipeline, responsible for building and qualifying opportunities that drive growth. You will execute high-volume outreach (100+ activities daily) using warm/cold calls, emails, and social touchpoints to identify mutual fit for our all-in-one digital platform. You will host qualification calls to understand prospect needs and determine value, and you will schedule meetings for qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the appropriate Account Executive. This role supports a structured career path toward specialized SDR/BDR/ADR roles and ultimately a full-cycle Account Executive within 12-18 months, through a dedicated Sales Academy. You will thrive with ambitious daily activity goals, strong communication, and resilient handling of objections and rejection.
