New Home Sales Counselor
Sell new homes by guiding buyers through design options, pricing, contracts, and closings. Work at the model home sales office on Saturdays, Sundays, and three weekdays from 10am to 6pm, or by appointment. Deliver exceptional customer service across the build cycle—from sale to close to warranty—with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction and sales goals. Maintain professional relationships within the broker community and developer liaisons to drive traffic and opportunities. Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to generate leads and convert inquiries. Requirements include the ability to work independently, knowledge of new home designs and options, two years of related sales experience, high school diploma, a vehicle and valid driver's license, and a cell phone with data.
