Regional Finance Manager - Collegiate Hospitality
Lead financial planning and analysis for collegiate hospitality operations, partnering with Operations teams to drive profitability and performance. Direct the month-end close and variance analysis against plan, projecting results and identifying underperforming locations. Coach and develop 2–3 district controllers; oversee unit bookkeepers to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting and internal controls. Drive productivity and revenue growth by analyzing food, labor, and direct costs; support budgeting, proforma development, and client reviews. Coordinate invoicing, accounts receivable collections, inventory management, and capital expenditure controls to improve free cash flow. Provide analytical support for client meetings, quarterly reviews, audits, and ad hoc senior management reporting.
