Manager - Finance and Accounting BPO/Managed Services

Lead outsourced accounting and advisory services for mid-market clients in a cloud-based environment, delivering timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee end-to-end accounting operations (P2P, O2C, R2R) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP. Serve as a primary advisor to client CFOs and Controllers, providing actionable insights and driving process improvements through automation and digital tools. Maintain a robust system of internal controls to mitigate risk and support high-quality financial results. Qualifications include 6+ years in professional accounting, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
