Marketing & Social Media Manager
This role combines marketing leadership with high-level administrative support to drive brand growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include steering marketing and brand initiatives, managing social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, and updating the website with current projects and messaging. Create marketing materials such as project sheets, proposals, presentations, and award submissions; capture project updates and culture content for internal and external communications. Provide direct executive support: manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with travel and event logistics. Represent at networking events and industry associations, supporting industry engagement and award programs. The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in marketing or executive support, strong writing and time-management skills, and proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Squarespace.
