Project Architect

Lead design efforts for commercial, industrial, logistics, and interior projects with a focus on innovative, functional solutions. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate architectural and technical systems. Prepare and oversee detailed design documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports in accordance with building codes. Engage with clients through presentations, design reviews, and responses to inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and alignment. Guide project teams alongside senior architects and project managers to deliver on schedule and within budget. Maintain a strong understanding of codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices, leveraging Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and visualization tools.
