Construction Estimator – Luxury High-End Residential

Lead the bidding and estimating process for high-end residential projects, ensuring accurate budgets from Pre-Construction through Construction Documents. Develop conceptual budgets, perform material and labor takeoffs, and review drawings for constructability and cost. Collaborate with project teams to support procurement, change orders, and subcontractor selection. Negotiate pricing with suppliers, maintain historical pricing databases, and drive data-driven estimation improvements. Ensure a strong financial foundation for projects with a focus on craftsmanship, integrity, and continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years of luxury residential estimating and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, PlanSwift, CAD, Smartsheets, and Excel.
