Compliance Officer

As a Compliance Officer, you will assess regulatory adherence and monitor internal controls across first-line business units. You will independently plan, conduct testing, and document results to determine compliance with policy and laws. You will host and participate in meetings with key stakeholders and clearly communicate findings verbally and in writing. You will identify opportunities to strengthen control design and effectiveness and issue final reports to management. This role requires 1+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit, or related fields. Proficiency in banking operations concepts and MS Office is expected to support the compliance program.
