IT Project Manager
Lead the design, development, and oversight of IT projects within a federal program, applying Agile methodologies to deliver value on time and on budget. Define project scope, schedules, and resource plans; organize and chair status and working meetings; track progress with standard metrics. Manage risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans to maintain delivery commitments. Facilitate Agile transformation initiatives, implement standardized tools, guidelines, and dashboards for consistent team execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, DevOps) and act as the primary liaison for project information and decisions. Prepare technical analyses, documentation for testing/training, and reports to support agency discussions and continuous process improvement.
