Administrative Manager
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the City Clerk's Office, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing briefing materials. Serve as a trusted liaison with internal departments, executive leadership, elected officials, and external stakeholders, handling sensitive or confidential matters. Provide leadership and oversight for Administrative Staff, directing operations, equipment, and materials to meet service level expectations. Oversee division performance measures and strategic projects, including intranet pages and other organizational initiatives. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field and at least five years of progressively responsible experience. Must be able to work as an essential employee during emergencies and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment.
