International Accounting Manager

As the International Accounting Manager, you will serve as the functional accounting expert supporting multi-country accounting and controller activities. Partner with country accounting teams and finance leaders to ensure accurate monthly close, balance sheet integrity, cash flow accountability, and US GAAP compliance across all international entities. Influence country teams through complex accounting issues, significant transactions, intercompany activity, and policy interpretation without direct reports. Manage international overhead accounting and drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. Coordinate month-end close, review results, perform balance sheet reconciliations, support quarterly reporting, and optimize intercompany processes and cash projections. Provide subject-matter expertise on acquisitions/divestitures, FX, capital transactions, and compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
