HR Operations Manager

Lead HR operations across DDT programs including Day Treatment and Training for Adults (DTA), Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), Group Homes, Transportation, and Employment Services. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, structured interviews for DDD roles, and support the rollout and daily use of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Time Kiosk. Maintain confidential HR records, track trainings, certifications, and license renewals to ensure compliance with DES/DDD, HIPAA, and AHCCCS; handle employee relations and performance management. Implement HR policies and process improvements; manage office operations, facilities, inventory, and cross-departmental project coordination. Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare HR metrics, audit documentation, and participate in inspections and quality assurance activities. Serve as liaison between departments, families, and leadership; communicate updates clearly and uphold confidentiality and service quality.
