Software Engineer - Staff

Lead and contribute as a Staff Software Engineer in a command and control software subsystem for a pioneering antenna system. Balance technical leadership with hands-on development, planning, design, and debugging across multi-site hardware integration. Collaborate with Systems Engineering to decompose requirements, perform verification, and support system integration. Apply Agile practices, drive software standards, and contribute to Earned Value Management data and major program milestones. Develop interfaces and operator user interfaces to deliver commands, health, and status across hardware sites. Maintain focus on software architecture, interoperability, and security while aligning with program controls and lifecycle milestones.
