Landscaping/Construction Estimator

As a Landscaping/Construction Estimator, you will support projects from pre-construction through bid submission. Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to define work and cost drivers. Perform quantity take-offs and develop accurate cost estimates while sourcing pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for bid submissions, ensuring alignment with scope and budget. Coordinate closely with project managers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cohesive workflows. Requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and hands-on estimating experience with estimation tools.
