Inside Sales Insurance Specialist
This is a high-volume outbound inside sales role in a structured call center environment. Make 150+ outbound calls daily to educate members on Life and Health insurance options and enroll them. Deliver scripted and consultative phone presentations, converting conversations into enrollments while maintaining compliance. Accurately document all activity in Salesforce and manage a personal sales pipeline to hit daily and monthly targets. Handle inbound calls as volume allows, with outbound dialing remaining the primary responsibility and a focus on professionalism and member service. Active Life and Health license preferred, with willingness to obtain licensure within onboarding; two+ years of insurance sales or high-volume call center experience valued.
