Recruiter

This is a proactive full-cycle Recruiter role supporting growth in Azerables, France. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies. Source and engage candidates through cold calling, social media, job boards, networking events, and college job fairs. Lead the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to interviews and offer facilitation. Support succession planning and contribute to positive candidate experiences and employee relations. Promote available opportunities and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
