Business Development Manager, Logistics
Develop and drive growth in logistics by identifying and pursuing new commercial opportunities and partnerships. Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, uncover needs, and continuously exceed expectations. Prospect and pitch to new and existing clients via cold calling and targeted outreach to generate opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets, manage a robust sales pipeline, and leverage data-driven strategies to forecast and close deals. Operate with a hunter mindset while collaborating with Logistics Coordinators to move freight efficiently and resolve issues. Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate proactive problem-solving, and maintain a strong customer service focus.
