Senior Account Sales Representative (Driving Role)

Sell products and services to residents in non-bulk MDUs (50+ doors) through door-to-door outreach and lobby events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers to drive sales volume and meet monthly targets. Enhance the customer experience by resolving issues per policy and ensuring timely follow-through. Monitor competitors and market trends to inform pricing, offerings, and marketing direction. Travel within assigned territory for sales activities, including evenings and weekends; work outside in various weather conditions. Accurately complete paperwork, collect funds, and issue receipts in line with quality control guidelines.
