Customer Service Representative
Execute the order entry process and manage the order fulfillment lifecycle with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. Maintain expert knowledge of products, applications, and service offerings to support customers and inform decisions. Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts, proactively addressing issues and implementing effective solutions while strengthening relationships. Interact with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Planning, Production) and enter orders in SAP, confirming status within cycle-time KPIs. Manage invoicing, OTC documentation, and customer communications; process credits/debits and handle complaints in collaboration with relevant functions. Support month-end closings and KPI delivery (order confirmation time, first-time-right), and provide accurate CoA/MSDS documents as needed.
