Customer Service Associate

Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience through welcoming service and proactive assistance. Operates the assigned cash register, processes payments, returns, exchanges, and ensures accurate transactions. Engages customers to identify needs, recommends products, and supports upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintains clean, well-merchandised shelves, manages inventory, pricing, and store resets. Upholds asset protection and compliance with state/local laws for regulated products. Supports additional duties including photo services, web order pick-up fulfillment, and general store upkeep.
