Construction Job-Site Superintendent

Lead on-site construction activities for tenant improvements and ground-up commercial projects across Arizona, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Develop and maintain the project schedule; organize site logistics, equipment, and resources to optimize workflow. Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and management to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Monitor progress to ensure work is completed within scope, on schedule, and to high-quality standards while controlling costs. Review blueprints and specifications; supervise multiple trades and subs, and lead teams with confident, proactive communication. Requires at least 5 years of commercial construction superintendent experience; strong leadership, independent work ethic, and proficiency in scheduling tools and MS Office; valid Arizona driver’s license and insurance.
