Program Manager, AI

Lead AI programs within a fast-paced product and innovation environment, delivering features and automation for consumer devices and services. Own plans, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies, partnering with Product, Engineering, QA/Release, and Operations to ship on time. Set release milestones, manage risks, and communicate status with clear LOEs and tradeoffs to stakeholders. Drive execution using Jira and related tooling, fostering accountability and applying agile practices across mobile, embedded, and cloud initiatives. Provide leadership, mentorship, and collaboration, championing transparency, effective decision-making, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: 3+ years leading large programs in consumer hardware/software; bachelor's in Business/Engineering; relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred.
