Senior Supply Chain Manager

Define and execute an end-to-end supply chain strategy for multi-site, high-mix/low-volume manufacturing with aerospace and industrial customers. Standardize planning, logistics, material flow, inventory management, and procurement alignment across sites. Lead long-term S&OP, network optimization, and governance of ERP/MRP processes to improve efficiency and data integrity. Drive digital transformation and process standardization in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. Navigate long lead times, supply volatility, and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR) while developing leadership and talent. Partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact and a sustainable supply chain roadmap.
