Serve as a bridge between IT and the business for clinical systems in R&D, aligning goals and workflows. Collaborate with software vendors to test, validate, and implement systems used in clinical domains. Gather business needs and translate them into URS, CRs, and functional specifications for development teams. Lead change requests, documentation, and validation activities to ensure compliance with requirements. Support end users during UAT and training, providing troubleshooting and knowledge transfer. Apply CDISC standards and work with data platforms (Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub, Oracle BI, JReview, SAS grid) to enable patient data analytics.
