HR Business Partner III - PEO
Serve as a strategic HR business partner for large enterprise clients, addressing complex HR issues as the primary contact for HR services. Deliver expert consultative guidance on performance management, recruiting and retention strategies, compensation, development, employee engagement, and culture. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to provide actionable responses and plans, supporting client relationships and retention. Lead open enrollment meetings, advise on benefit plan selection within the PEO co-employer framework, and assist with EPLI insurance setup when needed. Interpret HR policies, provide employee relations guidance, conduct turnover analyses, and offer unemployment escalation support with data-driven actions. Conduct annual HR Strategy Sessions, monitor HR trends, and mentor junior HR staff to strengthen client and internal capabilities.
