Vice President, HR Business Partner – Global Solutions

As a bold, strategic Vice President, HRBP for Global Solutions, you will partner with the Chief Global Solutions Officer and senior leaders to align people strategies with transformation goals and long-term value creation. Lead organizational design, operating model redesign, and leadership capacity to enable scale, agility, and cross-functional collaboration across a 1300+ associate global footprint. Coach senior leaders to navigate matrixed structures, elevate decision-making, and model transparency, resilience, and enterprise thinking. Drive organizational effectiveness and culture by embedding agility, customer-centricity, and shared accountability into the associate experience. Shape talent strategy, succession planning, and workforce analytics to forecast needs, close capability gaps, and inform strategic workforce planning. Own HR integration across total rewards, learning, and performance management, delivering business-aligned, data-driven HR solutions and ongoing transformation support.
