Biotech Patent Associate - USPTO Qualified

We are seeking a Biotech Patent Associate with USPTO admission to support patent prosecution and IP strategy in biotechnology. A Ph.D. in molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, biological physics, or bioinformatics is preferred. Candidates must have prior patent agent experience and be registered to practice before the USPTO. Responsibilities include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, performing prior art searches, and collaborating with inventors and R&D teams. Strong communication, confidentiality, and professional integrity are essential in a fast-paced, nationwide IP recruitment environment. This on-site role is based in Azerables with no remote work option.
