Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales
Serve as the initial contact for current and prospective customers, delivering friendly, responsive service across multiple channels. Build lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients through consultative guidance. Engage with customers via email, phone, in-person visits, and on-site at their businesses, coordinating estimates and work orders. Apply product knowledge to assist with design options, pricing, timelines, and delivery expectations. Participate in daily team meetings and support the execution of business and marketing plans to drive center growth. Demonstrate strong organization, documentation, and listening skills to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.
