Manager, Strategic Logistics

The Manager, Strategic Logistics leads the development and implementation of third-party transportation and logistics strategies across defined geographies and business lines. Collaborates with operations, sales, and customer service to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved promptly. Drafts supplier agreements, manages RFPs and negotiations, and builds standardized reporting on transportation performance and costs. Leverages data analytics and BI tools to assess operational effectiveness, supplier performance, and cost-to-serve, informing strategy. Supports system maintenance and change management, delivering consultative guidance on transportation strategy and vendor selection. Works cross-functionally to extend standard processes, resolve conflicts, and cultivate lasting partnerships with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
