Clinical Biotech Laboratory Manager

Oversee and execute day-to-day research lab operations in a fast-paced biotech setting. Lead aseptic cell culture, maintenance, expansion, and banking of multiple human cell lines. Perform routine assays (ELISA, qPCR, flow cytometry) and provide bench support to ensure high-quality data. Manage inventory, procurement, equipment maintenance, and safety/compliance with audit-ready documentation. Develop and maintain SOPs, safety manuals, and logs; coordinate with vendors and service engineers. Collaborate with scientific teams, troubleshoot experiments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving project needs.
