Construction Estimator/Manager

Oversee master scheduling, construction schedules, budget oversight, and resource management for multi-brand retail projects. Communicate clearly with internal and external partners, building strong relationships to drive results. Collaborate with Store Construction and Design to review plans, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to brand standards and budget. Draft accurate RFP documents, manage bid processes, perform bid submittal analyses, and recommend vendor awards. Lead flawless execution of assigned programs, coordinating preconstruction activities, phasing, and alignment of internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project expenditures and change orders, report issues to leadership, and ensure schedule adherence across brands.
