Registered Nurse (RN) - Flexible PRN | Critical Care, Progressive Care, Med/Surg, Telemetry | Night

This registered nurse role provides care across Acuity Adaptable units (Progressive Care, Med/Surg, Telemetry) and Critical Care in a high-acuity hospital setting. You will manage patients with variable acuity, with ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on unit, and may float to MICU, SICU, and IICU as needed. Shifts are typically 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with scheduling arranged through leadership and PRN tier commitments. Within PRN, you choose a Tier and commit for an 18-week period, with options to adjust your tier at each pay period. Required qualifications include an active Indiana RN license, current BLS, and preferred 2 years of RN experience in related areas; ACLS and NIHSS may be obtained on hire.
