Per Diem RN- Labor & Delivery

Provide per diem nursing care in Labor & Delivery, supporting women through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care. Perform continuous fetal monitoring, maternal assessment, and timely interventions in a high-acuity obstetric setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across the Labor & Delivery Unit, Mother and Baby Pavilion, and Level III NICU as needed. Requirements include BSN; current Pennsylvania RN license; WHONN fetal monitoring training within 12 months of hire; CPR; ACLS within 12 months; NRP; and 3 years of L&D experience. Core skills include fetal assessment, obstetric emergencies, postpartum care, patient advocacy, and strong communication. Per diem night shift with competitive compensation and benefits.
