Senior District Sales Manager

Lead and coach a district sales team to achieve forecasted revenue through strategic direction and development. Drive sales strategies, manage a robust pipeline, and meet or exceed plans within a defined territory. Conduct vendor relations, perform customer visits, and coordinate cross-functional resources to fulfill client needs. Monitor competitor activity and market trends; introduce new products and services with customer-specific action plans. Maintain accurate reporting and records for district management; ensure compliance with credentialing where applicable. Travel as needed; requires 10+ years of relevant sales/leadership experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
