Customer Service Associate II

Provide friendly, professional customer service while supporting daily store operations. Assist with receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely and efficiently. Merchandise, stock, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment, including bathrooms and floors. Handle sales transactions at the assigned cash register, maintain cash security, and support front-end duties as needed. Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members through professional interactions.
