Manage the power of attorney lifecycle, including requests, approvals, issuance, and record-keeping. Handle notarization, apostille, and legalization of documents across jurisdictions. Provide M&A support with governance input and timely delivery of requested corporate information. Support administrative processes including invoicing, vendor onboarding, and cross-functional coordination.
