Luxury Retail Store Planner

Develop and implement merchandising strategies and store layouts for a luxury retail brand. Create comprehensive merchandising plans and floor plans that reflect the brand aesthetic while optimizing traffic flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals, assortment, and seasonal storytelling with business goals. Drive sales and profitability through disciplined space planning, placement, and visual standards. Partner with store leadership to ensure accurate, feasible, and timely execution of plans. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in retail merchandising and store planning; luxury retail experience is a plus.
