Fiber Construction Manager

Oversees the full lifecycle of OSP and ISP fiber construction projects (aerial and underground), from qualification and design through closeout. Partners with Fiber Engineers to ensure constructability, develop comprehensive bid packages, and manage subcontractor selection and performance. Navigates permitting, pole attachment, conduit licensing, and right-of-way processes with local authorities and utility providers. Manages budgets and vendor relationships, tracks costs, negotiates pricing, and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery. Provides on-site field oversight, safety and quality assurance, troubleshoots issues, and ensures compliance with standards. Communicates progress in status meetings and reporting, maintaining alignment across engineering, construction, and service delivery teams.
