Customer Service Associate I

Provide a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations. Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register and protect company assets through cash handling. Receive merchandise, stock shelves, recover misplaced items, and restock as per productivity standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment, including bathrooms and high-traffic areas. Collaborate with team members and leaders to follow procedures, resolve issues, and support daily operations. This part-time on-site role requires physical stamina, including lifting between 30 and 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, bending, and climbing as needed.
