Senior Design Architect

Develop and refine building designs across elevations, sections, 3D renderings, and details for medium-complexity projects. Lead design development through sketches, physical and digital models, diagrams, massing studies, and BIM coordination (Revit/SketchUp). Integrate sustainable design principles, building systems, accessibility, and code compliance into the design intent. Collaborate with clients and project teams to align program, budget, and schedule; present concepts in early project phases. Mentor and lead design teams, conduct design critiques, and ensure design intent is maintained through documentation and construction. Perform site analysis, space and block planning, materials evaluation, and constructability reviews to support green architecture goals.
