Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of the site, working outdoors in all weather, and the first point of contact for guests and members. You’ll deliver fast, friendly service while explaining the value of memberships and wash packages to support growth. You’ll process transactions and memberships accurately using the POS system and handle basic data entry. You’ll help manage site flow, keep lines moving, and work as a team to ensure smooth operations. You’ll safely load vehicles onto the conveyor and monitor the tunnel for consistent performance. You’ll stay current on promotions, pricing, and package features, communicating them naturally with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
