Senior Manager, Logistics

Lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and transportation, driving scalable growth through data-driven strategy and operational excellence. Own end-to-end processes from inbound receipt to outbound delivery, inventory control, and reverse logistics. Define and track KPIs such as safety, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost variance; implement continuous improvement initiatives. Own budgets for logistics, labor, and consumables; optimize staffing and scheduling for efficiency and service. Develop multimodal sourcing strategies, negotiate with vendors, and manage assets and procurement activities. Build and mentor a high-performing, safety-focused team while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and related standards and advancing digital tooling (WMS/TMS/ERP).
