Frontend Development Engineer

Lead and supervise frontend development engineers on FEL1/FEL2 studies, driving concept design, justification, and alternative analyses to improve safety, reliability, margin, and energy performance. Develop and implement fit-for-purpose frontend solutions to support refinery project scoping and execution, aligning with project objectives. Serve as Technical Authority for process design reviews, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry best practices. Manage project scoping, cost, schedule, and execution strategy (FEL3), coordinating with project services, discipline engineers, and stakeholders. Lead Management of Change activities (HAZOP, PHA, PSSR) and provide risk-based recommendations to reinforce safety barriers and controls. Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture with effective prioritization and on-site resource planning for rotating shifts.
