Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO)

Lead the digital transformation and optimize the electronic health record (Epic) to support high-quality, safe patient care. Drive clinician engagement, usability improvements, provider skills optimization, and clinician well-being within Epic and other digital tools. Collaborate with Health System Operations, the Chief Medical Officer, and IT leadership to align digital strategy with clinical priorities, quality, safety, and equity. Develop and manage a program to embed physician and APP builders in Epic application teams, with change management and governance processes. Oversee non-Epic clinical systems, data governance, research collaborations, and security to enable translational research and data-informed care. Serve as technology lead for the Office of the CMO's quality, safety, and equity initiatives, participate in incident management, and represent clinical informatics at national venues.
