Lead the enterprise AI practice as Chief AI Officer, defining the long-term AI strategy and governance. Build and mentor a high-performance data/ML engineering team to deliver production-ready AI solutions. Oversee end-to-end program delivery from use-case discovery and PoC to full deployment and MLOps hand-off. Chair the AI Ethics Committee and ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and evolving U.S. AI regulations. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Cybersecurity, Cloud, and ERP teams to embed AI across services. Translate technical capabilities into business value and ROI, presenting insights to C-suite clients and industry audiences.
