Architect - Critical Facilities - Senior

Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop informed design solutions for critical facilities, including data centers, research environments, and high-tech operations. Lead documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, acoustics, accessibility, and life-safety consultants to ensure design intent and constructibility. Direct production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks, addressing RFIs and submittals throughout the project lifecycle. Translate sketches into 2D/3D models and visuals, leveraging Revit to drive project delivery from concept through build. Interface with clients, vendors, contractors, and permit officials while maintaining productive relationships and contributing to project financial performance. Apply deep knowledge of building codes, standards, and lifecycle processes, with flexibility to manage concurrent projects at various development stages.
