Senior AV & Events Technology Manager

Lead strategy and delivery for a global AV & events portfolio, spanning conference rooms, executive spaces, studios, and internal productions. Own SLAs, incident response, rehearsals, on-call coverage, and post-mortems to ensure uptime and broadcast-quality outcomes. Build and coach a worldwide team of AV engineers, technicians, and event producers; define goals, career paths, and succession plans. Standardize room hardware, control stacks, streaming workflows, and partner with IT on QoS, monitoring, and capacity planning. Deliver executive-grade productions with top-tier audio, video, lighting, graphics, and run-of-show coordination. Operate the program like a business—manage budgets, vendor strategy, asset lifecycle, utilization, ROI, and continuous improvement through data insights.
