Customer Service Account Specialist
The Customer Service Account Specialist manages end-to-end customer service for the assigned account, coordinating with Purchasing, Operations, and Quality. They gather job requirements and translate them into detailed manufacturing instructions and shipping plans. They monitor production progress, verify counts, and ensure the final product meets customer requirements and company standards. They provide pre-sales support, discuss manufacturing capabilities, and assist with pricing and scheduling as needed. They develop and maintain KPIs, and provide weekly/monthly reports reflecting service attainment and customer satisfaction. They perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues, and mentor junior staff as required.
