Manager, Human Resources – Central
Act as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Central region, managing the full employee lifecycle with confidentiality and professionalism. Lead Talent Development, Performance Management, and succession planning for retail teams, in partnership with the Talent Development team. Own Employee Relations across the Central region, conducting investigations and delivering timely, documented reports. Collaborate with Legal, Asset Protection, and senior HR leaders to resolve workplace matters and improve policies. Partner with Controlling on staff cost budgets and align HR practices with business goals. Travel occasionally, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain high standards of integrity and discretion.
