Connect with inbound customers online and by phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Use knowledge of the current inventory to guide customers toward vehicles that fit their criteria. Support customers through every step of the car-buying journey—from online sales or appraisal to financing applications and scheduling vehicle delivery. Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing, delivering an iconic customer experience and mentoring others as you grow. Achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional service; eligible for performance-based incentives after completing training. Requirements include prior sales or customer service experience, strong listening and communication skills, ability to learn new technologies, flexible scheduling, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; an automotive sales license may be required in some states.
